Nearest Neighbor^SM Custom Postcard: We will design and print custom four-color, full bleed jumbo postcards. We only require a $150 non-refundable design fee along with proof approval prior to initial printing of the postcards.

We will then identify as few as 200 residents* around your jobsite or as many as 3,000 at a time, imprint a custom message, and mail for 42¢ per 6"x9" piece.

That’s it, no other charges or hidden costs.  This is a turn-key marketing program designed for business growth and your total cost per contact is only the cost of a postage stamp.

We are a national mailing list broker drawing from national data base resources. We provide complete mailing services and can generate nearly any type of mailing lists you may require. 

*Please Note: Resident mailing lists included in this package pricing are single family dwellings with resident names. Demographic lists have increased sophistication and complexity targeted to a specific audience. These rates assume that the lists will qualify for high density postal rates, if not additional postage may be required.  Please contact us for details and information regarding custom lists.
